The Yenta

Anne Marshall is the owner/operator of Junia Matchmaking Services, a private relationship consultancy based in Guelph, Ontario. She has been calling herself a yenta since the age of 14, when she made her first successful match between high school friends. After working in publishing and teaching high school English, Anne began her professional matchmaking career with an exclusive agency in Toronto in 2007. Since that time, she has helped create dozens of successful long-term couples, including multiple marriages and five babies to date!

In addition to helping lonely hearts find love - online and in the real world - Anne is also a freelance writer, DJ, and the mother of a six-year-old son. She lives in Guelph with her partner, Alex, who she met on OkCupid in December of 2012.
